No. Written estimates for every service and commercial plans are always free, we visit, measure, walk the rooms and list what's moving, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.

How soon can you start?+

Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent moves, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.

What does “free estimates” mean?+

Before any work begins, we give you one clear quote to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.

What happens during the free walkthrough?+

We count the real furniture, open the closets people forget, flag stairs and parking, and hand you one binding number, twenty minutes.

How far in advance should I book?+

Two to three weeks for month-end dates, days for mid-month. Emergencies happen, call anyway.

Which move type fits us?+

What should I do before moving day?+

Decide what goes, label anything staying, and keep valuables and documents with you. Everything liftable is our department, including the doorway math.

How do you protect furniture and floors?+

Blankets and shrink wrap on furniture before it moves an inch, floor runners and door jamb guards at both ends, standard, not upsells.

Can you move just one heavy thing?+

Happily, pianos, safes and treadmills are half our week. Flat quote from a photo, done in an hour.

What will you not move?+

Hazardous liquids, propane and live plants over state lines, and we will tell you exactly how to handle those yourself.

Do you supply boxes and materials?+

Yes, included in packing services, and wardrobe boxes ride along free on moving day either way.

What about parking and elevators?+

We arrange permits where cities want them and book elevators with building management, logistics is part of the quote.

Is your quote really binding?+

Yes, after the walkthrough the number is fixed, stairs, traffic and the couch that fights back included. The clock is our problem.

Are you licensed and insured?+
